Sales Development Representative - (Night Shift)

Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Identify ideal customer profiles, research leads, and initiate first contact.
- Execute outreach sequences using CRM and sales engagement tools.
Qualification & Discovery
- Conduct basic discovery calls to understand prospect needs and product fit.
- Score and qualify leads before handing them over to Account Executives.
- Maintain high conversion rates from MQL → SQL.
Sales Operations
- Manage all activities in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) with accurate data entry.
- Track outreach analytics and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with Marketing for nurturing campaigns and inbound lead follow-up.
Collaboration
- Work with Account Executives to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Share insights on customer pain points and market trends.
- Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams for prospect feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales (SaaS/Fintech is a plus).
- Excellent communication—clear spoken English and business writing skills.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and outbound strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho).
- Ability to work independently during Night Shift and meet weekly KPIs.
- A highly coachable, energetic, and persistent personality.
