Job Overview
Design and implement scalable SaaS and cloud-based infrastructures using Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop, deploy, and optimize microservices-based applications.
Lead customer technical onboarding, solution integration, and migrations with a focus on performance and reliability.
Automate CI/CD pipelines, conduct security and compliance reviews, and streamline deployment processes.
Support the DevOps and SRE functions by monitoring system performance, uptime, and incident resolution.
Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and viable solutions.
Conduct root cause analysis, risk assessments, and implement preventive measures for platform stability.
Ensure documentation, dashboards, and support processes are maintained for knowledge continuity and efficiency.
Act as a technical liaison between customers, product managers, and engineering teams to improve solution delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Solution Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or other cloud service providers.
Strong understanding of network security, application hardening, and threat mitigation.
Familiar with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, PRTG) and scripting in Python or Bash.
Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKS, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
