Junior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating user-centered designs for our digital products. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and developers to ensure that our applications provide a seamless and intuitive user experience. Your creativity and analytical skills will be key in evolving our design processes and delivering engaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and user testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Create and maintain design specifications and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and take feedback constructively.
• Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
