Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create UI/UX design process for various projects, ensuring a user-centered approach in all design decisions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and creating interactive prototypes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices effectively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final products.
