Job Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a technically strong Solution Engineer with a blend of DevOps, product support, and customer success expertise. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between engineering and customers, ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and optimization of our SaaS and cloud-based solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Kubernetes-based environments, automating workflows, conducting technical consultations with clients, and ensuring the highest standards of reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, DevOps, and customer success teams to design and deploy scalable SaaS solutions.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize Kubernetes clusters across AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Conduct technical onboarding sessions and guide customers on deployment, configuration, and maintenance best practices.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines with integrated security and compliance checks.
  • Perform threat modeling and vulnerability assessments to maintain secure deployments.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Work closely with clients to understand business needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support knowledge base articles.
  • Provide post-deployment support and ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Solution Engineering, or Cloud Support roles.
  • Proven expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or Contabo cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of network and application security concepts.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and PRTG.
  • Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Lua.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills, with experience handling technical migrations and onboarding.
  • Certifications such as CKA, CKS, CEH, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are a strong plus.
