Field Technician - Halo Systems

We’re looking for a Field Technician / Electrician to join our Operations team, based in Gore and supporting clients throughout Southland.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and support of HALO’s cutting-edge monitoring systems. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure equipment runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, providing exceptional on-site service and representing the HALO brand with professionalism and care.

You’ll also play a key part in continuous improvement, feeding back field insights, refining processes, and helping us deliver even better results for our clients.  Your day-to-day will include:

• Installing, commissioning, and servicing HALO Systems solutions
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in the field
• Ensuring compliance with EWRB, OSH, and HALO quality standards
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of service work
• Providing clear communication and technical support to customers
• Contributing to a strong safety and quality culture
