Job Overview

The role will involve working closely with the owners, Centre Manager and Team Leads to ensure the effective day to day running of the Centre. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Centre administration and ensuring best practice across all areas of the business. Key tasks include: email inbox management, working in our student management system and other systems, accounts (debtors and creditors), project and change management, rolling out changes specific to the Early Childhood regulations, wages, health and safety, governance checks, purchasing and ordering, co-ordinating maintenance repairs, drafting meeting minutes, filing.

This role is working across multiple Centres so some travel to Te Kowhai and Onewhero will be required.
