We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative (CSR) to join our Operations team. As the key point of contact for our customers, you’ll guide them through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and ensure they get maximum value from HALO’s solutions. You’ll proactively engage with customers, resolve issues efficiently, advocate for their needs, and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless experience. Key responsibilities:
- Lead smooth onboarding and successful implementation of HALO’s solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, aiming for prompt resolution while maintaining clear, professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Promote HALO’s products and services, identify opportunities for upselling, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver coordinated and cohesive support.
