Senior Site Supervisor

Initially based in Waihi on a key project, this is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own day-to-day site operations and keep projects moving. You’ll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and make sure everything is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading site crews and setting the pace on-site
• Keeping projects on track, on budget, and up to standard
• Coordinating people, sites, and materials
• Interpreting plans and making sure the job is done right first time
• Building strong relationships with clients and the wider team
