This is a varied, hands-on position at the heart of our business. As our Business Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting our customers and team. This role is part time, 30 hours across 5 days.
You’ll act as the central coordination point across the business – managing enquiries, supporting customers, assisting with administration and finance, and helping ensure everything stays aligned and on track. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, product users, and partners
- Coordinating calls, appointments, and customer enquiries
- Supporting the delivery and operation of NZLW products and systems
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and reporting
- Assisting with invoicing, creditors, and basic financial tasks
- Supporting sales and marketing activities, including maintaining digital content
- Managing office supplies, systems, and general upkeep
