New Zealand Sales Manager

Based at our Te Rapa office and warehouse, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts while actively seeking opportunities to grow sales throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Looking after and growing existing customer relationships
• Contacting potential new customers and following up sales opportunities
• Managing sales enquiries by phone and email
• Creating and coordinating sales and marketing campaigns
• Maintaining customer records and our CRM system
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
• Attending trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events when required
• Preparing sales reports and providing feedback to owner
• Working closely with the wider Mum 2 Mum team to support business growth
