Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and support scalable data platforms.
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory or Synapse.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources including D365 F&O, CE, SAP.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
- Monitor and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues, including failed jobs, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Analyze, design, and implement change requests related to data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models.
- Ensure all changes are documented, tested, and deployed following established change control procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system reliability.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and data modelling principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and data integration tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, international environment.
