Key Responsibilities 

• Helping clients in setting up and achieving their AI strategy 

• Building up trusted relationships with our key customers and acting as a Trusted Advisor 

• Positioning HSO’s AI propositions with prospected customers 

• Playing an integral role in positioning HSO as a partner to these prospected customers 

• Developing opportunities into a strategic roadmap with customers that leads to multi-year partnerships / engagements 

• Supporting the development of new propositions into new areas such as Data Management, Master Data Management, Data Governance, ESG reporting, etc. 

• Leading AI teams on won opportunities to set the teams up for success 

• Cooperating with Project Managers and Solution Delivery Team. 

• Guiding the development team with developing AI solutions. 

Requirements

When do we match up? 

You are... 

• Ambitious and eager to learn; 

• Bringing significant experience acting as a partner to customers to develop their AI estate 

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages such as Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Italian are a big plus; 

• Capable of setting up best practices for discovery, design, develop, deploy of Agentic AI, based on own experience and what’s already available in HSO,  

• An excellent communicator both towards client senior stakeholders, technical audience as internally within HSO 

You have... 

• Track record of success of transforming leads into opportunities into delivery projects / programs related to data and AI 

• Experience or at least affiliation with topics like Data Governance and Master Data Management 

• 5+ years of experience in Data & AI, from hands on engineering to envisioning and architecting 

• Microsoft tech stack knowledge such as Azure AI Foundry, ML Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio
