We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our national sales team – someone who thrives on engaging with potential customers, uncovering needs, and matching them with the right solutions.
As an SDR at Hub, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and actively prospect new opportunities. You’ll qualify leads, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process – and in some cases, even close the deal yourself. You’ll work closely with our Sales Leads and Managers, and play a critical role in maintaining a strong pipeline and achieving company growth targets.

What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!):
- Act as the first touchpoint for new leads, quickly qualifying and determining the best next steps.
- Schedule and coordinate tours for qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
- Manage and close deals across your own dedicated product range, including proposal follow-ups and contract negotiations.
- Maintain an active, well-organised sales pipeline aligned with company targets.
- Conduct outbound outreach to generate new leads via calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Keep CRM records up-to-date with accurate lead tracking and timely reporting.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, becoming a trusted voice throughout their sales journey.
