Candidate must have 7+ years construction design services experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing,
Candidate must have experience in PHE, Fire Fighting, & plumbing design for Multiple Type of Buildings
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
5. Demonstrated proficiency in MEP design software, CAD, Revit ,Navis ,Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment especially coordinating with Architectural and Structural designers
7. Ability to optimize designs with a creative and innovative approaches
Key Responsibilities:
Review of Bid documents for EPC project for design and execution scope of work, specifications, Tender documents and drawing and prepare optimized BOQ for Bidding process.
Knowledge of DCI, Design calculations for Water System, Pumping System, sanitary and Sewer Calculations, STP,Septic Tank and Soak pit sizing , Rainwater Harvesting design.
Knowledge of DCI, Design calculations for Fire Hydrant, Sprinklers, Clean agent fire Suppression.
Candidate should have well versed knowledge of Indian and International Standards.
Preparation of technical specifications, data sheets, schedules, material take off & BOQ for Fire Fighting, Plumbing, etc.
6. Prepare draft site/engineer’s instructions, relating to the building mechanical services, as required and issue to the Project Manager.
7. Review Shop drawing in conjunction with the Architectural, Structural and Mechanical/ Electrical drawings to ensure engineering coordination
8. Review MEP services material proposals against specified technical performance requirements
9. Undertake a prior review of the proposed mechanical/Electrical system testing & commissioning methods and schedule
10. Manage day-to-day work related to MEP design for various projects
11. Ensure that appropriate documentation and information is provided to the appropriate authorities to obtain the GRIHA/LEED ratings required on projects.
12. Undertake general project site observation/inspection of the MEP services works for Contractor’s adherence to the approved shop drawings
