Quantity Surveyor (Scaffolding) | Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for the position of Quantity Surveyor – Scaffolding for a leading company in Saudi Arabia.

Position:

Quantity Surveyor – Scaffolding

Job Profile:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for scaffolding works.

• Measure and verify scaffolding quantities from drawings and site.

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and material requirements.

• Monitor project costs, variations, and billing.

• Coordinate with site engineers, planning, and scaffolding teams.

• Prepare monthly progress reports, invoices, and payment claims.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience in the Scaffolding Department.

• Bachelor's Degree (Civil/Mechanical or relevant discipline).

• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or construction projects preferred.

• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost control.

Salary & Benefits:

• SAR 2,000–2,500 Basic
