  • Hypebae Japanの顔として、ブランド企業の課題解決に向けた広告・マーケティングソリューションの提案営業を担当します。
  • エージェンシー・クライアントリレーション: 主要広告代理店やメディアエージェンシー、事業会社のマーケティング担当者との強固な関係構築および新規開拓。
  • 360°ソリューションの提案: オンライン(記事、SNS、動画)とオフライン(イベント、ポップアップ)を統合した包括的なブランドキャンペーンの企画・提案。
  • 売上目標の達成: Hypebae Japanのビジネス成長を牽引し、四半期および年間の売上目標を達成・超過させる。
  • 戦略的企画立案: クリエイティブスタジオ「Hypemaker」と連携し、女性ターゲットのインサイトを突いたオーダーメイドのコンセプト開発。
  • マーケットインサイトの提供: 最新のファッション、ビューティー、カルチャートレンドを分析し、戦略的な提案に反映。
  • プロジェクトマネジメント: 受注後の案件において、編集・制作・マーケティングチームと連携し、進行管理とクオリティコントロールを実施。

応募資格:

  • 経験: メディア、クリエイティブエージェンシー、またはマーケティング業界での2年以上の実務経験(特にソリューション型営業の経験)。
  • 実績: 高い達成意欲を持ち、数値目標を達成してきた実証済みのトラックレコード。
  • スキル: 優れたプレゼンテーション、交渉力、およびコンサルティング能力。
  • 知識: デジタルメディア、ブランデッドコンテンツ、SNSマーケティングに関する深い知識。
  • 言語: 日本語(ネイティブレベル)。
  • ネットワーク: 広告代理店や、ファッション・ビューティー・ライフスタイル系ブランドとの既存のコネクション。
  • 言語: 英語(ビジネスレベル以上 / グローバルチームとの会議やレポート作成が可能なレベル)。
  • マインドセット: スタートアップのような変化の速い環境を楽しみ、自走できる方。
  • Hypebaeのコンテンツ(ウィメンズストリートウェア、スニーカー、アート、ビューティー、ウェルネス等)に強い関心と情熱を持っている方。
  • 女性のエンパワーメントや次世代のカルチャー醸成に貢献したいと考えている方。
  • 戦略的思考を持ち、複雑なクライアントの課題に対してクリエイティブな解を出せる方。

Responsibilities:

  • As the face of Hypebae Japan, you will be responsible for driving revenue and providing creative marketing solutions to solve brand challenges.
  • Agency & Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain robust relationships with major advertising agencies, media agencies, and brand marketing executives to secure new partnerships.
  • 360° Solution Selling: Propose and execute comprehensive brand solutions that integrate online (editorial, social media, video) and offline (events, pop-ups) channels to meet Hypebae Japan’s sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning & Proposal Development: Collaborate with our internal creative studio, Hypemaker, to develop tailored concepts and creative proposals rooted in deep insights into the female target audience.
  • Market Insight Leadership: Constantly track the latest trends in fashion, beauty, and contemporary culture to lead persuasive, strategy-driven proposals.
  • Project Management & Internal Collaboration: Act as the project lead post-contract, ensuring smooth execution by coordinating closely with internal editorial, social media, and production teams to maintain high output quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in media sales, a creative agency, or marketing, with a proven focus on solution-oriented selling.
  • Track Record: A high drive for achievement with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills, capable of engaging in strategic dialogue with clients and agencies.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of and interest in digital media, social media marketing, branded content, and native advertising.
  • Language: Native-level fluency in Japanese.
  • Network: An existing network within major advertising agencies and industry contacts, particularly in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Language: Business-level English or higher (for collaboration with global teams and reporting).
  • Mindset: A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, "startup-feel" environment and is highly self-motivated.
  • Possesses a deep passion for the content categories covered by Hypebae (women’s streetwear, sneakers, beauty, art, wellness, etc.).
  • Values female empowerment and is eager to contribute to the cultivation of next-generation culture.
  • Able to provide creative solutions to complex client challenges through a strategic lens.
