Senior QA Engineer (Smart Contract Testing/DEX)
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly technical Senior QA Engineer to spearhead the quality assurance strategy for our client - Decentralized Exchange (DEX). This role focuses on the intersection of traditional exchange mechanics and blockchain technology, requiring a candidate who can perform deep white-box testing on smart contracts while ensuring the reliability of the entire trading lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Testing: Lead end-to-end testing for DEX/CEX platforms, encompassing functional integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance/stress testing, and security assessments.

Smart Contract White-Box Testing: Conduct rigorous unit and integration testing for core on-chain components, including Vaults, Clearinghouses, Settlement engines, and Oracles.

Framework Architecture: Build and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools like Hardhat and Foundry.

Release Management: Oversee production environment deployment verification, regression testing, and final launch acceptance to ensure zero-defect deployments.

Collaborative Design: Actively participate in requirements review and test design alongside Developers and Product Managers to bake quality into the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 8+ years of professional QA experience with a deep understanding of cross-platform testing (PC, H5, and Mobile).

Domain Expertise: 3+ years of specific experience in Exchange (DEX/CEX) testing, with a thorough grasp of matching engines, clearing/settlement, and asset flow logic.

Blockchain Proficiency: Mastery of smart contract testing across at least two major ecosystems: EVM (Solidity), Sui (Move), or Solana (Rust/Anchor).

Technical Toolkit: Proficient in Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle for comprehensive white-box testing of contract source code.

Web3 Integration: Skilled in testing Chainlink Oracle integrations, WalletConnect, and Web3 Providers.

Automation Mastery: Proven ability to implement end-to-end automation spanning UI, API, and on-chain interactions.

Risk Management: Familiarity with exchange risk control systems and experience validating complex risk parameters.

Protocol Knowledge: Experience testing specific standards and architectures such as ERC-4626 (Yield-bearing vaults), ERC-7540/7575, AMM (Automated Market Makers), or Order Book contracts.

Security Mindset: Familiarity with smart contract security audits and common vulnerabilities (Reentrancy, Arithmetic Overflows, Access Control).
