Oracle EBS Application Developer

i360technologies has an immediate opening for an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Application Developer to support Oracle EBS Financial Modernization implementation for a federal agency. This role supports the build phase through an go-live, with post-go-live stabilization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Oracle EBS developer with strong PL/SQL expertise, proven interface development experience, and prior federal financial systems implementation experience. This position requires close collaboration with functional, data conversion, and integration teams to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant financial data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development & Interfaces:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy PL/SQL-based interfaces between Oracle EBS (Federal Financials) and external/internal systems
- Manage end-to-end data integration, including:
- Data staging and validation
- Loading Oracle Open Interface tables
- Executing import programs
- Batch and near-real-time processing
- Implement robust error handling, reconciliation, and audit controls to meet federal financial and NIST compliance requirements.
Oracle EBS Development:
- Develop and support reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions (RICE) in an Oracle EBS R12 environment
- Utilize R12 APIs and web services to support integrations and service-oriented architectures
- Perform development using SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX shell scripting, XML Publisher, workflows, and personalization as required
- Support data conversion and migration activities from legacy systems into the Oracle EBS environment.
Testing, Cutover & Go-Live Support:
- Execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance support, documenting results per approved templates
- Support cutover planning, execution, and validation activities leading up to go-live
- Provide defect triage and resolution during testing and data migration cycles
- Deliver post-go-live stabilization and production support
Documentation & Collaboration:
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, data mappings, conversion specifications, and TE040 artifacts
- Assist with task estimates, schedules, and work planning
- Collaborate closely with functional teams, data conversion teams, and federal stakeholders
- Provide knowledge transfer to operations and support teams
