Position Summary
The Wellness Director is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling the clinical and operational aspects of It’s A Secret Med Spa’s Wellness Division — including peptide therapy, integrative health offerings, and other emerging wellness services.
This role will serve as both a clinical leader and a strategic business partner, working cross-functionally with executive leadership, clinical teams, and operations to build a compliant, profitable, and innovative wellness program across all locations.
Job Duties
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and management of peptide and wellness treatment programs across all locations.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop, review, and update clinical treatment protocols in alignment with best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and ensure adherence to standing delegation orders.
- Serve as the primary clinical escalation point for providers regarding wellness and peptide therapies.
- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the strategic roadmap for the wellness division.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to develop patient education materials, launch campaigns, and brand integration strategies.
- Use data and analytics to monitor performance, patient outcomes, and business growth opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate new service offerings and product lines within the wellness and peptide landscape.
- Design and deliver ongoing education to clinical teams on peptides, functional wellness, and emerging treatment trends.
- Partner with Regional Managers, Service Providers, and Compliance to maintain consistent standards and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-departmental meetings to align wellness initiatives with company goals and ensure operational readiness at each location.
Experience and Skills Needed
- 3+ years of experience in aesthetics, integrative medicine or wellness-focused practice
- 2+ years of experience in medspa strongly desired
- Demonstrated expertise in peptide clinical knowledge, patient protocols, safety management, etc
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and grow programs across multiple locations
- Strong business acumen and comfort working directly with executives on structure, data-driven initiatives
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and ethical standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods, reach overhead, kneel, and lift/push/pull up to 50lbs
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong oral/written communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) License – with ability to practice in Texas, Arizona, and DC
- American Heart Association BLS (CPR & AED) Certification
