Summary
The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling various administrative tasks, coordinating communication, managing documentation, and supporting the project management team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the Project Manager and site team with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain site office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, and reports in coordination with the project development team for any project related permits, etc.
- Coordinate with external local stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project flow.
- Assist in coordinating the delivery and distribution of materials and equipment to the construction site.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and petty cash usage and monitoring.
- Provide general administrative support to the construction site as required.
