Job Overview

You shall perform the following functions including but not limited to:

  1. Managing Account payable & Account receivable of SPV’s and Hold co
  2. Preparation of financials and assisting in audit workings
  3. Proactive assessment of Project Costs and relative variations.
  4. Handling end to end bookkeeping -Profit centre and Cost Centre Wise.
  5. Knowledge of compliances related to direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS, etc)
  6. Managing all statutory compliances related to Income tax, Companies act, etc
  7. Handling various reporting as per HQ reporting (monthly, Qtly and annual basis) guidelines
  8. Handling Day to Day Operational activities & Banking activities
  9. Good Commercial Knowledge i.e. PO / PI/ Estimation/ revenue recognition/ Budget Vs Actual.
  10. Handling cash flow (Projection and Actual)
  11. Manage reports and related documentation as required to monitor different financial aspects
  12. Liaising with Banks with respect to calculation of DP, Reconciliation loans, LC Disbursement. submission of quarterly/ annual reports/documents to bankers.
