It also includes laying the groundwork for a successful large-scale PV project by securing land lease agreements for the project-relevant parcels. By establishing this crucial foundation, the role ensures that the project has a solid basis for further development and eventual realization.
- Executing the acquisition of suitable land for solar projects
- Negotiating lease agreements with landowners and municipalities
- Utilizing IT solutions, including GIS, for identifying and evaluating potential solar site
- Reviewing and managing project documents and contracts
- Collaborating with a project development team to meet deadlines
- Engaging with external partners, landowners, and consultant
- Ensuring efficient communication, information management, and documentation
- Identifying and securing land, which is fundamental to the project's success. Once the acquisition is complete, the project is handed over to the development team.
