About your new role
Own the customer acquisition strategy and experimentation roadmap for Video Paid Social and Programmatic channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, The Trade Desk) across five European countries.
Define and implement best practices for campaign setup, optimization, and channel management.
Translate data into action: Work closely with data and strategy teams to turn insights into creative briefs, test hypotheses, and optimize campaigns.
Drive marketing automation: Further develop and oversee channel-specific automation and AI-driven efficiency improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and country teams to ensure consistent brand communication and strong performance.
