The role 

We look for an IT Manager who will be responsible to plan, coordinate, lead and design the systems to support the IT activities of IDNEO. Lead the IT team in order to guarantee the connectivity, internal apps, ERP and all the computing and connection infrastructures and services. Be responsible for the technical infrastructure of the company's global platform. Provide technology solutions to the business needs, employees and working closely with third-party software companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones. To aim this demanding challenge, you should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage within agreed budgets the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.

  • Provide continuous feedback to the business and corporate areas for maintenance and improvements.

  • Coordinate local security topics, projects and incidents.

  • Functional administration IT platforms and internal applications.

  • Functional first line user support management.

  • Work with internal and external technology partner’s.

  • Provide effective leadership for the project team members (ICT).

  • Undertake additional tasks as defined by your line manager and/or the management team.

  • Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). Ensure compliance with environmental policies and actively contribute to sustainability initiatives in alignment with ISO 14001 standards.

  • Ensure compliance with information security policies and actively contribute to maintaining and improving the organization's Information Security Management System in alignment with ISO 27001 and TISAX requirements.

  • To make appropriate and secure use of assigned company assets in compliance with all relevant policies.

  • Lead improvements for the system architecture based on strong customer & logistics driven perspective.

  • Handle technical and functional security projects (vulnerability management, incident management, IAM, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.).

  • Define and design the specific training for new users or when new applications are developed.

  • Lead the future migrations and implementations.
