The role 

We are looking for a People Trainee feager to learn and grow within the People team, providing support across Recruitment, Talent, and People Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support in full cycle of Recruitment Processes

• Administrative Support and Reporting: updating reports on open recruitment processes, tracking basic recruitment metrics, organizing candidate documentation)

• Participate in employer Branding and Talent Attraction

• Participating in job fairs or university events

• Proactively sourcing candidates on LinkedIn

• Assisting with onboarding processes (sending documentation, coordinating first days)

• Supporting projects aimed at improving the recruitment and selection process
