We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Operations Lead to manage our front-line Agent Performance Team (APT). In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the daily execution of our agent portfolio management strategy, ensuring that every agent relationship is handled with precision and care.
You will lead a team of Agent Executives and an Operations Coordinator, acting as the primary hub for all agent interactions. Your mission is to ensure the team processes information accurately, handles a high volume of inquiries, and effectively escalates strategic issues to the Development team. This position is a unique blend of operational leadership and strategic thinking, perfect for a leader who can ensure our day-to-day operations are a well-oiled machine while contributing to the bigger picture.

Requirements

  • 85% English proficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the money transfer industry, financial services, or telecommunications (preferred). A minimum of 5 direct reports experience is required.
  • Knowledge: Experience in managing client/agency portfolios, including pricing, metrics analysis, and portfolio management. Proficiency with CRM or agency tracking tools is essential.
