What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end design for new features and product improvements.
- Translate product requirements into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Build, document, and scale a consistent design system in Figma.
- Create reusable components and enforce design standards across squads.
- Run lightweight user research and usability testing.
- Collaborate daily with PMs and engineers to ship production-ready designs.
- Review implemented work to ensure design quality in release.
What you bring:
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1).
- 5+ years in UI/UX or product design.
- Strong experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Deep expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, libraries).
- Experience working with product and engineering in an agile environment.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Portfolio showing shipped products, not just concepts.
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or telecom.
- Experience designing complex workflows or admin tools.
- Familiarity with front-end constraints and design handoff best practices.
