Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and supervise our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the SEO performance of our various websites, managing paid marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign data, to drive growth. This role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution:
-Research, develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, and work with our internal SEO specialist, to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic and DA, and generate leads across our portfolio of websites.
-Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
-Perform keyword research and competitive analyses, to inform content strategy and link-building efforts.
-Monitor and report on key SEO metrics (e.g., rankings, organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rates).
Online Presence Management:
-Sign up and manage online profiles and comparison site listings for our services.
-Ensure consistent and accurate information across all online directories.
-Work with AI, to train for optimal responses

Paid Marketing Management:
-Assist our SEM agencies; to execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media).
-Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance to ensure a strong ROI.
-Assist with conducting A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and campaign creatives, to improve performance.

Reporting & Analysis:
-Analyze campaign data and SEO performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
