Integration Health is seeking a Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) to join a well-established cardiac surgery program on the California coast. Key Responsibilities
- Provide perfusion support for adult cardiac cases including:
- CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting)
- Valve procedures
- Manage Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) support
- Operate and maintain cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) equipment
- Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, anesthesia, and OR teams
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality perfusion delivery
Case Mix
- Adult cardiac surgery program
- CABG / Valves
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Approximately 50% call rotation
- Low callback frequency
- Coverage at one primary hospital
Requirements
- Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP)
- Certification through the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP)
- Experience with adult cardiac cases preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
