Integration Health is seeking a Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) to join a well-established cardiac surgery program on the California coast. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide perfusion support for adult cardiac cases including:
    • CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting)
    • Valve procedures
  • Manage Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) support
  • Operate and maintain cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) equipment
  • Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, anesthesia, and OR teams
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality perfusion delivery

Case Mix

  • Adult cardiac surgery program
  • CABG / Valves

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Approximately 50% call rotation
  • Low callback frequency
  • Coverage at one primary hospital

Requirements

  • Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP)
  • Certification through the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP)
  • Experience with adult cardiac cases preferred
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
