PERFORMANCE DATA ENGINEER / ETL DEVELOPMENT (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are looking for an Performance Data Engineer to join the Operations and Maintenance department at Ignitis Renewables. Your focus will be owning the ETL process—transforming unstructured data like service reports and emails into a unified MS SQL database. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Developing and maintaining ETL workflows for data reporting and analytics 
• Collaborating with O&M colleagues to create the best business insight solutions
• Partnering with stakeholders to unify data from various sources (like SCADA, HSE, Quality, and Risk)
• Processing diverse data types, including structured, unstructured, human, and machine-generated data
• Creating and managing secure, easily searchable internal databases
• Ensuring data reliability by tracking and reporting on data availability
• Leading initiatives to understand team data needs and improve daily workflows
• Identifying ways to boost system efficiency and reliability across different technologies
