PERFORMANCE DATA ENGINEER / BI DEVELOPMENT AND SQL (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are looking for a Performance Data Engineer to join the O&M department at Ignitis Renewables. You will ensure cross-departmental and post-processed data is easily accessible. While the wider team handles raw asset data, you will own the process from data entry to final BI solutions. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining transformation pipelines across Silver, and Gold layers to deliver reliable cross-departmental KPIs and analytical datasets
• Partnering with stakeholders to unify cross-departmental data sources (e.g., SCADA, HSE, Finance, Commercial, Quality, and Risk)
• Co-creating BI semantic models and curated datasets together with data analysts and business stakeholders
• Managing internal databases for post-processed data, ensuring the architecture scales with new assets and analytics requests
• Ensuring data reliability through availability, tracking, and reporting on post-processed data
• Establishing and maintaining internal standards and data handling procedures
• Leading initiatives to assess cross-departmental data needs and optimize workflows
• Identifying opportunities to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and usability across teams and technologies
