OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (F/M/D)

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on colleague to join the Ignitis Eesti team. In this role, you will take ownership of the technical maintenance, seamless operation, and excellent physical condition of our rapidly expanding electric vehicle (EV) public charging network in Estonia.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Ensuring continuous operation, monitoring, maintenance, and fault diagnostics of operational assets and monitoring systems
• Organizing and coordinating contractors' work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards
• Performing periodic inspections of equipment and systems on schedule and within the allocated budget
• Managing and configuring equipment to maximize asset uptime while ensuring partner and customer satisfaction
• Analyzing asset failures and root causes and providing recommendations for strategic infrastructure development and modernization
• Managing spare parts inventory, warehouse stock, and coordinate logistics support
• Handling administrative reporting, maintain technical documentation, and prepare work completion and acceptance acts.
