Job Overview
- Support the function using the HR framework to attract and retain people
- Support for internal stakeholders and employees directly on relevant HR related questions and interventions
- Support in HR related administrative and operational duties
- Participate and continuous improvement of HR processes in maintaining standard operating procedures and ensuring policies are up to date
- Ensure that the store uses HR data to enable better management of all human resource related processes
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across the organization, including company-wide announcements and regular check-ins
- Contribute to fostering a positive work culture and maintaining high levels of employee morale and satisfaction
- Administer the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) by entering and updating employee data and generating reports
- Contribute to fostering a culture of employee engagement and motivation through effective leadership and HR practices
- Support the store functions and ensure goals, actions are identified, communicated and followed up
