About the job

Reporting to the Swedish Food Market (SFM) & Bistro Manager, you will assist to support the daily operations of SFM & Bistro, ensuring good housekeeping in the work area, delivering food of exceptional quality, and providing excellent customer service to our IKEA customers.

Your assignment

• Support in taking orders through the cash register at Swedish Food Market (SFM) & Bistro.
• Assist with processing food orders at the bistro counter.
• Help prepare meal ingredients and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas.
• Support in cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas according to hygiene standards.
• Assist with unloading delivered food supplies, check stock inventory, and ensure accuracy.
• Practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) in all products to ensure freshness and quality of food.
• Adhere to operating procedures and contribute to high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.), in line with Food Safety and Hygiene practices.
• Assist with store operations and contribute to the Functional Commercial Review Standards.
