Your assignment
- You are responsible for the centralised payroll and salary administration for the assigned business units in Singapore.
- You will manage end-to-end payroll administration, including salary processing, tax calculations, year-end tax activities, foreigner tax clearance, and statutory compliance.
- You are to ensure payroll and HR practices comply with national labour laws, taxation requirements, audit standards, and internal policies, maintaining data accuracy within HRIS.
- You will have to handle statutory registrations and government-related matters, work passes, training grants, government reimbursement and other required submissions.
- You will be involved in HR operational and administration activities, from data management, onboarding, benefits administration to offboarding and work-pass related matter.
- You will participate in continuous improvement projects related to payroll and HR operational matters.
