Your assignment

HR Administration

  • Support job application process, and co-ordination of interview, etc.
  • Support New Hire process including carrying out introduction of new hires, issuance of welcome package, uniform, lockers, access cards etc.
  • Responsible for stock management and ordering of uniforms, value buttons, and HR forms, documents etc.
  • Setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files.
  • Issuance of Staff pass and requisition of access cards.
  • Preparation of letters.
