Your assignment
HR Administration
- Support job application process, and co-ordination of interview, etc.
- Support New Hire process including carrying out introduction of new hires, issuance of welcome package, uniform, lockers, access cards etc.
- Responsible for stock management and ordering of uniforms, value buttons, and HR forms, documents etc.
- Setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files.
- Issuance of Staff pass and requisition of access cards.
- Preparation of letters.
