What you will do

As Commercial Manager, you will:

  • Use customer insights, market knowledge, and performance data to drive growth, affordability, and brand strength.
  • Secure a seamless omnichannel customer experience across all physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Build leadership capability through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
  • Act as a role model for IKEA values, encouraging entrepreneurship, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
