Maintenance Co-worker ( Part time )

**Responsibilities:**

• Serve as a technical specialist in the maintenance and repair of electrical, cooling, plumbing, mechanical, and related equipment and systems.
• Ensure the store maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and visitors at all times.
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and replacements of building systems, fixtures, and equipment, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work on a regular basis.
• Operate all tools and equipment in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines.
• Respond promptly to all emergency maintenance calls and ensure completion of work.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Report any security breaches or concerns to management immediately and adhere to all security policies and procedures.
