So, what will you do? 

  • You will design and deliver impactful learning interventions across all levels and functions of the organisation, tailored to enhance technical, functional, and behavioural competencies.
  • You will ensure employees are equipped to perform effectively and excel in their roles through diverse and engaging training mediums.
  • You will foster a culture of continuous learning, aligning training initiatives with organisational goals and promote the development of skills critical to business success.

In addition to the above, you will: 

  • Onboard and train new hires.
  • Provide a consistent, uniformed training approach on both functional and technical knowledge, with all new starters in their relevant roles and departments, across the business at different levels.
  • Create training programs that are tailored to the needs of specific roles and levels within the organisation.
  • Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and workshop guides.
  • Develop scenarios for role playing activities as well as to accommodate various learning interventions.
  • Collaborates effectively with Instructional Designers to brief and develop training materials, ensuring comprehensive coverage of technical information while meeting learning objectives.
  • Conduct impactful learning experiences tailored to the audience that drive skill development and behavioural change across all levels of the organisation.
  • Adapt facilitation techniques to ensure relevance and engagement for diverse learner profiles.
  • Deliver training in various formats, including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and hybrid models, ensuring seamless execution in each.
  • Leverage appropriate tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences, such as virtual breakout rooms, collaborative whiteboards, and simulations.
  • Ensure training sessions are inclusive, engaging, and impactful.
  • Train across multiple levels across the organisation.
  • Facilitate training on all learning materials across the organisation, encompassing technical, functional, and soft skills development.
  • Ensure learners gain proficiency in key subject areas, adapting delivery style to maximise understanding and application.
  • Create a positive, interactive learning environment that fosters open communication and collaboration, and knowledge retention.
  • Use storytelling, role-playing, case studies, and hands-on activities to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Use gamification, microlearning, and scenario-based training to align with modern learning preferences.
  • Actively encourage participation, addressing resistance or disengagement constructively.
  • Address learner questions and challenges effectively during sessions.
  • Serve as a post-training resource, offering follow-up support and clarification to reinforce learning.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and apply insights to improve future programs.
  • Provide feedback and performance data to the Learning Manager and Instructional Designer to assess training impact and refine collateral.
  • Provide evidence of training to Learning and Development Specialist.
  • Continuously refine delivery methods based on evaluation results.
  • Skilled in accurately storing, managing, and distributing training materials across the business to ensure consistency and accessibility.
  • Working closely with the Learning Manager, foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business objectives and employee needs.
  • Communicate training plans and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.  Communicate training plans, schedules, and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional projects that require training expertise.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate training into broader initiatives.
  • Drive collaboration efforts to ensure training supports the organisation's overall strategic direction.
  • Coordinate diaries with stakeholders and employees requiring training
  • Ensure the logistics of the venue, refreshments have been arranged and secured for the training.
  • Maintain and ensure up to date training records and registers are stored on SharePoint, according to compliance reporting standards.
  • Works closely with the Learning and Development Specialist to coordinate and administer training programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.
