About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, business-facing HR professional to lead Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience at Lumovy. This is a high-impact role focused on building a high-performance culture, strengthening employee engagement, and developing future-ready capabilities aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will act as a strong HR Business Partner, working closely with delivery leadership to drive measurable outcomes.
Essential Functions
Performance Management
- Design and implement a modern performance framework (KPIs/OKRs, quarterly reviews)
- Drive performance differentiation, promotions, and increment transparency
- Partner with leaders to align individual performance with business outcomes
- Proactively address performance gaps and underperformance
Learning & Development
- Build and execute role-based learning paths and capability frameworks
- Drive certifications and upskilling in partnership with leads
- Identify skill gaps and translate them into targeted development programs
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Improve employee satisfaction through structured feedback and action plans
- Strengthen leadership connect and communication
- Address concerns around career growth and performance fairness
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience with strong focus on Performance, L&D, and HRBP
- Experience in IT services / consulting / software organizations
- Proven ability to drive culture and performance transformation initiatives
