About the role
We are looking for a Content Designer to support our pre-sales and pursuits function. This role focuses on transforming raw inputs from internal teams into visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and well-structured RFP/RFI documents. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in visual storytelling, layout design, and content structuring to create polished, client-ready deliverables. You will play a key role in ensuring our proposals are not only visually engaging but also clearly communicate the story from problem to solution.
Essential Functions
- Transform raw content, ideas, and draft inputs into professionally designed, story-driven PowerPoint presentations
- Structure content into a clear narrative flow (problem → insight → solution → value) to create compelling client-facing decks
- Format and design RFP, RFI, and RFQ response documents in Word, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and submission readiness
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams (Pakistan & UAE) to align on requirements, timelines, and brand standards
- Deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines, supporting fast-paced and high-priority sales pursuits
- Develop and maintain a reusable library of templates, layouts, icons, and design assets
- Create visually engaging infographics, process flows, and data visualizations to enhance storytelling
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, including typography, color schemes, and visual consistency
- Design additional collateral such as capability statements, company profiles, and service brochures
- Manage document version control and maintain organized file structures for ongoing pursuits
- Proactively identify and address gaps in layout, flow, and consistency before final delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in presentation design, content design, or visual communications
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create polished, brand-consistent, and story-driven presentations from scratch
- Strong capability in structuring slide narratives to ensure logical flow and clear messaging—not just visual appeal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced document formatting (styles, sections, headers/footers, table of contents)
- Strong eye for design fundamentals, including layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to translate rough inputs (notes, bullet points, sketches) into structured, visually compelling outputs
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-regional teams and working flexibly across time zones
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight and fast-paced deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva
- Experience supporting pre-sales, bids, or pursuits teams within a technology or consulting environment
- Ability to create custom icons, basic illustrations, and data visualizations to enhance presentations
- Strong attention to detail with basic copyediting skills to identify inconsistencies, grammatical errors, and formatting gaps
- Exposure to AI-powered design or productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Gamma, Beautiful.ai)
- A portfolio showcasing presentation or document design work, demonstrating strong visual storytelling skills (required at application stage)
