Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in attracting and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and the opportunity to transition into a full-time Talent Acquisition role based on performance.

Essential Functions

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
• Supporting onboarding coordination when required
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final-year students (HR, Business or related fields preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone/video
• Passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition
