About the role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in attracting and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and the opportunity to transition into a full-time Talent Acquisition role based on performance.
Essential Functions
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
- Supporting onboarding coordination when required
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduates or final-year students (HR, Business or related fields preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone/video
- Passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition
