Bits of your job:
Lead and oversee retail programs for a dietary supplement portfolio in the US market
Manage end-to-end program execution — from planning and supplier coordination to launch and performance tracking
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and third-party suppliers
Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Sales) to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives
Monitor retail program performance (sales data, KPIs, customer feedback) and provide insights for continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for expanding retail partnerships and optimizing program efficiency
Ensure all retail activities comply with quality standards and US regulations
Act as the main point of contact between retail partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution
Take on additional tasks as needed
