Graduate Consultants
Full-time Not ApplicableJob Overview
We’re hiring curious, impactdriven graduates to join our Aarhus team and help clients connect business processes with technology. If you’re finishing your master’s this summer or have up to two years’ experience, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
From day one as part of our team, you’ll work on digital transformation projects (ERP, CRM, PLM) – all the way from analysis to implementation and adoption. Your tasks will vary and will include but not be limited to:
- Mapping and improving core processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, record-to-report).
- Translating business needs into solutions in ERP suites (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/AX 2012).
- Supporting PMO activities, facilitating workshops, building clear analyses, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
To make sure you get off to a great start and keep your momentum going, you’ll be surrounded by a supportive team that will help you through mentoring, certifications, and, of course, the all-important handson client work.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for recent graduates with up to two years’ experience in business/IT. Ideally, you majored in business administration, finance, supply chain/operations management, industrial/management engineering; information systems, computer science, data science; or cand.merc., cand.it., cand.polyt., or similar.
- We’re especially looking for people cand. mercccfamiliar with ERP (ideally MS D365 FO or SAP S/4HANA/AX 2012) – or a strong motivation to learn quickly.
- Are comfortable with finance or supply chain concepts and eager to work across processes.
- Communicate clearly in Danish and English.
On top of that, it would be nice if you meet (at least some) of the following criteria: interest in connecting business and technology to deliver measurable outcomes; curiosity about enterprise applications and how they enable better ways of working; appetite for analytics and continuous process improvement.
We have room for everyone at Implement, and welcome extroverts and introverts alike. To be a great fit at Implement, all we ask is that you value teamwork and close client collaboration highly – and, of course, that you want to develop the consulting craft with all that entails (problem structuring, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and so on).
What we offer
Joining Implement in Aarhus means you’ll get to create meaningful impact with leading Nordic clients in a peoplefirst culture that values autonomy, collaboration, and craftsmanship.
We offer a steep learning curve with coaching and certifications in an Aarhusbased role (+ some travelling) with flexibility and Nordic peers to spar with.
If you’re ready to build a career at the intersection of business and technology, we’d love to meet you.
