Job Overview

Graduate SAP Integration Specialist at The Tech Collective

We’re looking for analytically strong and technically ambitious graduate consultants to join our ERP Data and Technology team and help clients design and implement integration architectures that enable real business transformation. If you’re finishing your master’s degree this summer or have up to two years’ experience, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

As a Graduate SAP Integration Specialist at The Tech Collective, you’ll work at the intersection of business processes and technology – ensuring that ERP systems, cloud platforms, and surrounding applications integrate seamlessly and reliably.

From day one, you’ll be part of digital transformation projects involving ERP and enterprise platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other core systems) – supporting everything from architecture and analysis to implementation and go-live.

Your tasks will vary and include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing and implementing integration solutions between ERP systems and surrounding applications.
  • Working with APIs, middleware, and event-based integrations (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or similar platforms).
  • Supporting data flows across core business processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, and record-to-report.
  • Analysing integration requirements and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and optimising integrations in complex system landscapes.
  • Contributing to architecture discussions and best practices within integration and enterprise application design.
  • Supporting workshops, documenting solutions, facilitating discussions, and presenting technical insights clearly to stakeholders.

To ensure you get off to a great start and continue developing, you’ll be surrounded by experienced colleagues who will support you through mentoring, certifications, structured learning, and hands-on client work.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for recent graduates with up to two years’ experience within IT and/or business technology. Ideally, you have a master’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, data science, engineering, cand.it., cand.polyt., or other relevant work/practical experience.

We’re especially looking for people who:

  • Have knowledge of one or more ERP systems (ideally SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA) and a strong motivation to specialise within SAP integration.
  • Are familiar with APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON/XML), and system-to-system communication.
  • Have an interest in cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, Azure, AWS) and integration architecture.
  • Understand how enterprise systems support finance, supply chain, or operations processes – or are eager to learn.
  • Communicate clearly in Danish and English.

On top of that, it would be great if you:

  • Are motivated by solving complex technical challenges with real business impact.
  • Are curious about how system architecture enables scalable digital transformation.
  • Enjoy structured problem-solving and working with both technical and business stakeholders.

We have room for everyone at The Tech Collective and welcome extroverts and introverts alike. To be a great fit, you value teamwork and close client collaboration highly – and you’re motivated to develop the consulting craft, including problem structuring, stakeholder management, and facilitation.

What we offer

Our goal is to sustain a non-hierarchical, down-to-earth growth culture. Having fun together is a very important part of the culture we cultivate across the organisation.

From day one, you’ll work closely with experienced consultants who will support your learning and development. As part of our team, you’ll experience:

  • A unique culture characterised by trust, freedom with responsibility, and strong collaboration.
  • Meaningful client exposure and responsibility early on.
  • Steep learning through hands-on client work and close collaboration with experienced colleagues.
  • Vibrant offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus full of motivated colleagues.

If you’re ready to build a career at the intersection of IT architecture, integration, and business transformation, we’d love to meet you.
