Job Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on recruitment partner to join a fast-growing consultancy in a parental leave cover role, based in Oslo.

What you’ll do

As part of our international talent attraction team, you’ll be responsible for the full end-to-end candidate lifecycle, acting as the first point of contact and trusted partner throughout the process for our candidates.

Your work will cover:

  • Dialogue with hiring managers from our different business areas to translate their hiring needs into concrete sourcing strategies
  • Taking part in driving recruitment initiatives across our different offices, with a special focus on our offices in Oslo and Stockholm
  • Professional handling and use of various recruiting channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Building and maintaining networks with potential candidates in collaboration with your consultant colleagues
  • Working closely with HQ and other locations to further develop our talent and employer branding strategy
  • Support with different HR-related tasks, so a natural interest in the broader HR field is considered a plus

What you’ll bring

As our new colleague, you’ll become part of our international talent attraction team, collaborating closely with skilled colleagues across all our offices. To thrive in this role, a good starting point would be if you:

  • Hold a graduate or master's degree in a relevant field
  • Have previously worked in a similar role as an in-house recruiter or recruitment consultant, ideally in a consulting company
  • Have a great interest in sourcing the right future colleagues and ideally bring experience sourcing across different seniority levels
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the Norwegian and Scandinavian job market
  • Are a team player with high social competence and are comfortable working in a structured, self-driven, and reliable way
  • Have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Have excellent Norwegian and English language skills, both written and spoken, and hold a valid work permit for Norway

What we offer

At Implement, you’ll enjoy a high degree of freedom paired with responsibility, inspiring colleagues, and strong development opportunities. You’ll join a fast-growing consultancy with a global presence and a shared ambition to create change with real impact.

Joining us means becoming part of:

  • A unique culture built on freedom, trust, and responsibility
  • A flat organisation where ideas and initiative are valued from day one
