IT/Application/System Support

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for on-site support for our clients. You will be working with a diverse range of customers, providing technical support and solving problems on-site. The ideal candidate has experience in information technology and is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
• Train and educate customers on software and hardware systems
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and resolve complex problems
• Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates and communicating effectively
