We’re seeking a Senior DSP Systems Engineer to join our our high-performing team of engineers developing SoC solutions for advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) applications in Cordoba, Argentina. In this role, you will model physical systems relevant to these applications and use those models to design, evaluate, and optimize signal processing algorithms that directly impact overall system performance, cost, and power efficiency.
You will play a key role in defining system requirements and supporting cross-functional teams, including firmware, hardware, and verification. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated engineer to contribute to solving complex automotive challenges as part of a collaborative and growing team.
Key Responsibilities

Design, evaluate, and optimize signal processing algorithms for ADAS sensor systems (e.g., radar, LiDAR).

Represent the development team in system-level discussions with customers and translate high-level requirements into actionable engineering solutions.

Develop system architectures and algorithms that meet performance and functional requirements.

Model physical systems and their non-idealities to support algorithm development and evaluation.

Create tools to perform trade-off analyses across performance, footprint, compute cost, and power consumption.

Provide system-level insights and executable specifications to software, firmware, hardware, and verification teams.

Clearly document and communicate system-level work to internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and management.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in electronics, software, telecommunications, or a related field, with 3+ years of R&D experience.

Strong background in digital signal processing.

Experience with new product development from concept through implementation.

Proven experience modeling physical systems, preferably sensors.

Expertise in developing and optimizing complex algorithms for embedded platforms.

Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Matlab, Python, or C++).

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
