Job Overview

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating engaging, on-brand visual content and graphics that brings the brand to life across all marketing channels including social, digital, and in-store print materials. This role blends graphic design, motion, and short-form video execution, producing content that connects with audiences in a fast-paced digital environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Art Direction, the Multimedia Designer collaborates with cross-functional partners to develop compelling creative that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

This role is ideal for a digital-native creator who understands social platforms, modern culture, and the intersection of concept, design and content.

What You’ll Do

Graphic Design
• Develop integrated creative assets across digital and print platforms including social, web, email and signage
• Design exploration and rollout for seasonal campaigns and special projects
• Apply brand design principles to ensure consistency across all creative output
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use
• Elevate creative output through strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling

Social & Video Content

• Concept and create short-form video and motion content optimized for varying social platforms

• Edit content using pacing, subtitles, audio, and platform best practices to maximize engagement

• Develop social-first content that reflects current trends and cultural moments

• Capture authentic, mobile-first content using iPhone or lightweight production setups

• Contribute to creative concepts for social campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling

Motion & Digital Assets
• Create motion graphics and animated assets for social, digital marketing, and campaigns
• Produce static and motion assets that clearly communicate product features and brand messaging
• Adapt campaign visuals across multiple formats and platforms
• Maintain a cohesive and elevated visual identity across all touchpoints

• Comfortable making quick pivots and delivering strong creative under pressure in a fast-moving environment
